As a Learning Success Manager (LSM), you are primarily responsible for ensuring all new students’ programs are carried out as outlined. The LSM provides excellent customer service by following up with the Revolution families to check in throughout the program, address any service needs, and collaborating with our faculty of professional tutors to identify expansion and repurchase opportunities. Ultimately, our 80+ NPS score is in the hands of our LSMs who delight our families from the start of their tutoring program and throughout. Are you motivated by happy customers? We are looking for a LSM who is fluent in Spanish to work with our native Spanish speaking families in the South Region. Candidates will be assessed in Spanish and English.

Position Summary  

Reporting to a Regional or Area Sales Director, the Learning Success Manager will support their region by ensuring happy customers. By utilizing the sales and customer service strategies and training received, you will follow up with all customers in your book of business, identifying opportunities, navigating any challenging situations, and collaborating cross functionally to ensure program success. After your Academic Advisor sells the initial program, you will take over the family and new student(s). You will also be responsible for expanding your book of business through renewals, expansions, sibling referrals and new family referrals.

You will be measured on number of repurchase students, percent of comprehensive repurchase programs sold, the number of sibling purchases you generate, and the number of new family referrals you generate for your Academic Advisor. This fast-paced and high activity job is perfect for experienced sales and customer service professionals. There is also potential for upward mobility possibly leading to a position as an Area or Regional Director. The sky is the limit!  

Because this role involves working directly with our current and potential customers, you'll need excellent communication skills, both written and oral, have a high attention to detail, and be excited by a fast-paced and fulfilling position.

Duties / Responsibilities 

  • Daily, deliver excellent customer service to families ensuring program success
  • Aptly handle challenging customer service needs
  • Regularly follow-up with book of business families and other internal stakeholders to check in on progress
  • Collaborate with tutors assigned to programs to identify expansion and repurchase opportunities.
  • Craft strong recommendations to families to drive repurchases
  • Actively reach out to book of business families to generate sibling expansion purchases and parent referrals
  • Own our industry-leading NPS results

Qualifications:

  • Required: Strong verbal and written skills in Spanish and English
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Experience in B2C sales
  • Strong work ethic in following up with current customers
  • Ability to work from home office using innovative computer-based tools
  • College degree

Compensation:

  • Salary of 50K, plus commission on individual sales
  • On Target Earnings of $80k
