The Opportunity

As we venture into our next phase of major growth, we are looking for an amazing Implementation and Sales Manager to help us take things to the next level. Every day, we are interfacing with district and school leaders across the country learning about their needs and providing them with top quality solutions for their students. As Implementation and Sales Manager, you will be leading the planning, logistics, and implementation of all our K12 programs, as well as managing your own book of business to generate new sales. This position requires an individual to be extremely organized and have a keen attention to detail ensuring all programs and events in their purview run smoothly and efficiently to the customer’s and business’s expectations.

You will be the main point person post-sale, responsible for scheduling pre-launch meetings to identify all requirements and facilitating collaboration of any internal teams in order to execute optimal implementation and delivery through to the end of the program. This high-speed role requires you to wear multiple hats and be the driving force behind program implementation. Other duties may include scoping out new partnership opportunities and being a key player in supporting and driving the sales process of new K12 programs. Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the needs of the programs/events in order to identify a strategic plan for proper implementation and execution for all K12 programs
  • Effectively project manage all facets of program and event implementation, from start to finish, meeting all project timelines for all K12 programs
  • Deliver professional communication and ongoing technical support to external customers and internal team members
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment to program, customer, and event needs
  • Ensure a successful blend between technical solutions and business requirements
  • Develop and support ongoing systems development procedures and guidelines that can be utilized post implementation. Identify any barriers with a solutions-oriented approach to achieving successful implementation and develop key project implementation models.
  • Prospect and establish new school district and community partnerships; develop a book of business



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of experience in operations/logistics/planning is required. B2B outside sales experience, specifically previous experience selling to public schools and school districts is a plus
  • Quick learner that can succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to forge excellent internal communication with team members and build outstanding professional working relationships
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, and experience with complex CRM systems
  • Analytical and multitasking skills are essential
  • Go getter, self-starter with an Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Effective at securing meetings with key school decision makers and stakeholders
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
  • Ability to negotiate Win-Win relationships to grow partnerships and revenue
  • High organization and attention to detail
  • Experience with technology, operational tools, work-stream management, and automation systems
  • Authorized to work in the United States (current residence must also be in the US)
  • Given the position is remote, we require high-speed internet to be provided by the employee.
