The Opportunity

Revolution Prep is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Community Manager to be responsible for the overall health of Revolution Math’s customer base, community, and social media presence. The right candidate will be expected to proactively reach out to customers, identify referral opportunities, and have subscription renewal conversations with Revolution Math’s customers.

This Community Manager role will be heavily involved in the growth of our business, including but not limited to: identifying growth opportunities, conducting campaign analyses, and executing on their delivery / success. The Job

Responsibilities include:

  • Own the overall relationships with customers, including: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention and customer satisfaction
  • Engage with influencers and build our social media presence to aquire customers
  • Maintain and grow existing school partnerships through regular communication, collateral creation, and event attendance
  • Building out our referral network, with a focus on community growth
  • Overseeing customer support and issue resolution

The Candidate

  • 1+ years experience in Marketing or Community Management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM management and Email marketing (e.g.: MailChimp, Hubspot, etc.)
  • A+ entrepreneurial attitude - No task is too small
  • Experience in the education space is a plus
