The Opportunity

Revolution Prep is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Community & Growth Associate (CGA) to be responsible for the overall health of Revolution Math’s customer base, community, and social media presence. The CGA will be expected to proactively reach out to customers, identify referral opportunities, and have subscription renewal conversations with Revolution Math’s customers. The CGA must be versatile, as there is daily interaction with different customers and various internal departments at Revolution Prep. Additionally, the CGA will be heavily involved in the growth of our business, including but not limited to: identifying growth opportunities, conducting campaign analyses, and executing on their delivery / success. The Job

Responsibilities include:

  • Own the overall relationships with customers, including: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with current and prospective families via e-mail, text, and phone to drive new sales and boost customer satisfaction and retention
  • Connect with customers to help them achieve their goals while simultaneously hitting internal KPIs.
  • Research educational technology trends and draft engaging content to post on our social media outlets and blogs (FB, Instagram, etc.)
  • Identify and engage with influencers in order to grow brand awareness and customer adoption.
  • Expand our school partnership pipeline through database prospecting and proprietary research; help maintain existing school partnerships through regular communication, collateral creation, and event attendance.
  • Build new internal systems and establish protocols to ensure seamless organizational workflow.

The Candidate

  • 2+ years experience in Marketing or Community Management
  • Experience in the education space (a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM management and Email marketing (e.g.: MailChimp, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Outstanding analytical, organization, and multitasking skills
  • A+ entrepreneurial attitude - No task is too small.
