The Opportunity

Revolution Prep is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to provide critical support for our field sales efforts and assist in the delivery of our test prep programs. A successful Ops Coordinator operates under tight deadlines and capably handles a wide range of tasks. Highly organized and task-oriented, the Ops Coordinator is comfortable communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

On a day-to-day basis, the Ops Coordinator will complete tasks with accuracy and speed and be able to think and act quickly to provide solutions/troubleshoot when unexpected issues arise. S/he reports to the Director of School Partnerships, but will collaborate with a number of different stakeholders at Revolution Prep and look for processes to streamline and build efficiencies.

The Ops Coordinator is central to these efforts and integral in making our business run effectively.

The Job

Responsibilities include:

  • Field sales inquiry, funnel leads to the appropriate sales rep, and create quotes or proposals in response
  • Coordinate all operational logistics to deliver a program, which includes:
    • Working with school administrators to build course schedules
    • Staffing Revolution instructors to teach online and in-person programs
    • Fulfilling teacher and student materials shipments to schools
    • Scheduling professional development trainings for teachers and internal faculty
  • Run usage, attendance, growth, and sales reports, analyzing data and relaying insights to assist in renewal efforts
  • Maintain inventory records of physical materials and work closely with Accounting in material projections and re-ordering
  • Communicate with Marketing to coordinate go-to-market strategy and execute promotional and triggered e-mail campaigns
  • Interface with Human Resources and faculty leadership to hire, staff and train new instructors

The Candidate

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years’ work experience in operational or customer service
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal
  • Detail oriented with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with the team under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changes
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM management, MailChimp, and
  • Experience working as a teacher, tutor or in education a plus

Compensation

Base salary $45,000, comprehensive health-care benefits, flex time off, 401 (k) and vibrant company culture.
