Reporting to the National Director, the Regional Event Coordinator will support their Region by driving lead generation through efficient logistical planning and promotion of all events. Working closely with their Partnership Managers (PMs) and the National Director, you will be a key member of the team. Your Partnership Manager is responsible for building relationships with schools within your Region and securing events. Once events are confirmed by the school, you will be directly responsible for creating, staffing, promoting (via resource creation), reporting, and follow-up of all events the PMs secure in your Region. Leveraging resources provided by Marketing, you will customize promotional materials to maximize the registration of events. You'll take charge of event communication directly with our school Partners, providing event resources and updates.

Because this role involves working directly with our school Partners, you'll need excellent communication and organization skills, with a high attention to detail.

  • All planning, execution, coordination, and communication of events within your Region including but not limited to:
    • Creation and staffing of events within our proprietary system, Orbit, including coordination of session hubbing, as necessary
    • Creation of all promotional materials (emails, flyers, etc.) using templates provided by Marketing
    • Direct communication with the School Partner contact, ensuring all promotional materials are sent out on schedule to Partner families, and periodic updates on registration, attendance, and post-event reporting
    • Ordering of all physical materials, as needed (practice exams, answer sheets, pens, notebooks, stress balls, etc.), in an accurate and timely fashion to ensure delivery in advance of the event and enough count to meet enrollment totals
    • Weekly reporting of events and promotions that are low enrollment (at-risk events)
    • Weekly meetings with each Partnership Manager and all preparation including:
      • Weekly enrollment report by event
      • Hubbing potentials
      • At-risk events
  • Support with target school prospecting activities
  • Implementation of Partner-Paid Programs, including all logistics, planning, and reporting
  • Assist the Region with data veracity, supporting with merging of duplicate leads and other special projects as assigned by the National and Regional Directors
